The CliBeef Project is a collaborative initiative involving AgriSearch, Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI), Teagasc, and Queen’s University Belfast. The CliBeef project will run over three years, mainly focusing on climate friendly beef production reducing the carbon footprint on farm.
CliBeef is both an agricultural innovation initiative and a peacebuilding effort. It seeks to make the beef sector in Ireland and Northern Ireland more sustainable and climate-resilient through science-based solutions …supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
